Shipping

We ship Australia Wide and offer a flat rate of $14 for all items and multiple item orders.

Free Shipping is automatically calculated at the check out for orders of $100 or more.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2-4 business days of placing your order. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details as we take no responsibility for delivery errors due to incorrect address. 

Please allow time to receive your order due to high volume of online orders. We dispatch your order within 2-4 business days and take no responsibility for Australia Post delays.

You will receive email notification once your order has been shipped with tracking advice. We cannot take responsibility for lost or missing parcels once they have left our premises, however we can assist you in contacting Australia Post.

We take pride and care in packing your items to prevent breakage however, if you believe your order has been damaged during transit please contact Australia Post with the tracking number.   

Please select your items carefully as majority of our products are hand made to order and we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding items if you are unsure or have any questions.
